It’s also a great opportunity to answer any questions you have and ensure everyone—pets and people alike—feels comfortable and confident moving forward.

2. Create a Personalized Care Plan for Your Pet
Once your meet & greet is confirmed, we’ll send you an invitation to join our client portal, PetPocketbook. This easy-to-use platform allows you to create a profile for each of your pets, including their feeding schedule, medications, quirks, favorite toys, walking preferences, and any special instructions you’d like us to follow.
Having all this information in one secure place ensures that we can tailor every visit to your pet’s exact routine—just the way you would. Whether it’s a midday walk, overnight stay, or weekend drop-in, we’ll always arrive prepared and informed, so your pets feel safe, understood, and cared for in your absence.
